Feeling a little run down? Then you are probably looking run down. The truth is age really is a state of mind. Don’t buy into the hype that you aren’t still beautiful and youthful at any age. Laughter prevents stress building up and stops the release of damaging stress hormones into the body.

Dwelling on Experiences Long Past
There are also those that dwell in the past. Replaying past events and justifying their current condition denies them present moment happiness. Regrets take us away from the moment and lead us to unhappiness and the notion that we have been wronged leads to bitterness and hatred. In fact spending time dwelling on the past or future often leads us down a path of negative emotions. Worry, anxiety, depression, hatred and stress etc all contribute to the aging process because their effects play out in the physical world (our body).

Skipping Out on the ZZZZZzzzzzzz
Sleep is the time of the day when the body rebuilds, repairs and re energizes for the next day. The skin is the largest organ of the body and without the proper levels of sleep, it will also be the largest age-showing part of your life.
